Another Great Sunday
Just a quick update for everyone reading this blog:We have had a couple great Sundays here at FBC! We saw 2 new visitors out this morning for the service. They are both young men from the Naval station. They said they would be back again next week. The people are excited about what the Lord is doing. We have over half of our members going out weekly knocking doors in the neighborhood. It is a blessing to finally have some church members who are willing to go and reach our neighborhood. They are not just expecting the pastor to do all the outreach.
I spent some time this week planning out the church calendar for the new year. I am looking forward to our special outreach opportunities this next year. I will posting our yearly goals later as I finish refining them.
God has also blessed our churches finances, we are doing better than ever. I pray that we will be good stewards of the resources God has provided.
